The Institute has got Academic Autonomy in the year 1995-96. And the institute designed the
curriculum as per the needs of Local industries & socio-economic needs in the area. There is an
involvement of professionals & industry people in curriculum design,

For effective implementation of autonomy ,various bodies like Governing body,
Board of Studies, Programme
wise Committee, Planning Committee, Evaluation
Committee, Equivalence Committee, examination committee etc. are working efficiently.Multipoint
